Our Commitment
OZ ORC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or gaming experience level.
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
- Accept constructive criticism gracefully
- Focus on what is best for the community
- Show empathy towards other community members
- Respect the rulings and decisions of Game Masters
- Be inclusive and welcoming to newcomers and experienced players alike
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
- Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, or religion
- Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
- Deliberate intimidation or stalking
- Sustained disruption of games or events
- Violent or threatening language directed against another person
Gaming Etiquette
- Keep phones on silent during game sessions
- Be punctual and respect scheduled game times
- Share the spotlight - let everyone have their moment
- Respect content boundaries and trigger warnings set by GMs and players
- Keep in-character conflicts separate from out-of-character
Reporting & Enforcement
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to event organizers immediately. All reports will be handled with discretion.
Organizers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject participants who do not follow this Code of Conduct. Participants asked to stop any unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately.
